Motivation (Wounds, Not Slogans):"I found my mission not in a textbook, but on the floor of my grandfather’s factory. Watching industrial components rapidly degrade under the relentless stress of high temperature and pressure, I realized that 'disposability' is a design flaw we can no longer afford. I committed myself to material science to transform the 'perishable' into the 'permanent,' ensuring that global resources are preserved, not squandered."
Experience (The Vertical Alignment):"I deconstruct macro-scale failures at the molecular level, bridging the gap between fundamental chemistry and industrial endurance. From nanocomposites to inorganic supramolecules and battery anodes, my work is defined by systematic precision: I have designed 45+ molecules across three core structural scaffolds, optimized the mass production of key precursors, and pioneered the transition of metal complexes into organic polymers to significantly enhance both structural stability and conductivity."
Goal (The Future in Progress):"I am currently pushing low-cost, high-stability, and predictive molecular architectures toward the frontiers of quantum materials and extreme-environment engineering. My goal is to redefine the industry benchmark—making durability, low consumption, and high efficiency the reproducible standards for the next generation of material science.
