Motivation (Wounds, Not Slogans): "From working the front desk of my family’s restaurant at age ten to the silence of zero customers during the pandemic, I decided to solve the problem of uncertainty destroying quality ingredients and service."


Experience (The Vertical Alignment): From front-of-house operations and linguistic mediation to campus events and internships in central kitchens and procurement, I have deconstructed and rebuilt communication and supply chain processes.


Goal (The Future in Progress): Developing a replicable F&B supply chain and inventory forecasting model to help small-to-medium restaurants reduce waste and maintain quality, even in the face of economic storms.
