Is there anything else you think the Admissions Committee should know about you to evaluate your candidacy? (500 word maximum)

My teaching experience led me to study public policy, and afterwards, I took a job as a strategy consultant for public schools. But my second passion was always Asia, and as time passed, its pull became stronger. So in 2010, I decided to take a risk, moving to Singapore to work as a journalist and learn about this dynamic region. I eventually settled in Taiwan to gain reporting experience under a free press environment.
